【摘要】:ThispartofISO15156givesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualificationofCRAs(corrosion-resistantalloys)andotheralloysforserviceinequipment,usedinoilandnaturalgasproductionandnaturalgastreatmentplantsinH2S-containingenvironments,whosefailurecouldposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosiondamagetotheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerials'requirementsoftheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ThispartofISO15156addressestheresistanceofthesematerialstodamagethatmaybecausedbysulfidestress-cracking(SSC),stress-corrosioncracking(SCC)andgalvanically-inducedhydrogenstress-cracking(GHSC).ThispartofISO15156isonlyconcernedwithcracking.Lossofmaterialbygeneral(massloss)orlocalizedcorrosionisnotaddressed.Table1providesanon-exhaustivelistofequipmenttowhichthispartofISO15156isapplicable,includingpermittedexclusions.ThispartofISO15156appliestothequalificationandselectionofmaterialsforequipmentdesignedandconstructedusingconventionalelasticdesigncriteria.Fordesignsutilizingplasticcriteria(e.g.strain-basedandlimit-statedesigns),seeISO15156-1:2001,Clause5.ThispartofISO15156isnotnecessarilysuitableforapplicationtoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.
