【摘要】:ThispartofISA-12.16.01(IEC60079-7Mod)specifiestherequirementsforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofelectricalapparatuswithtypeofprotectionincreasedsafety"e"intendedforuseinClassI,Zone1,GroupsIIA,IIB,andIIChazardous(classified)locations.Thisstandardappliestoelectricalapparatuswitharatedvalueofsupplyvoltagenotexceeding11kVr.m.s.a.c.ord.c.Additionalmeasuresareappliedtoensurethattheapparatusdoesnotproducearcs,sparks,orexcessivetemperaturesinnormaloperationorunderspecifiedabnormalconditions.ThesespecificrequirementsareadditionaltothegeneralrequirementsinISA-12.00.01(IEC60079-0Mod)thatapplytoprotectionincreasedsafety"e"unlessspecificallyexcluded.
