【摘要】:Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventswhicharerelevanttodoublemitresawingmachinesforV-cuttingwithamaximumcuttingcapacity(widthandheight)of≤200mm,fittedornotwithpneumaticsystems,hereinafterreferredtoasthemachine,designedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboardorplywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplasticlaminateoredgings,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthisdocumentapplytostationaryanddisplaceabledoublemitresawforV-cutting(see3.3.3and3.3.4).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytotransportablemitresawsoranyadaptationpermittingtheiruseinadifferentmode,i.e.benchmounting.NOTE1Transportablemotor-operatedelectricsingleblademitresawsarecoveredbytherequirementsofEN61029-1:1996andEN61029-2-9:2002.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletodoublemitresawingmachinesforV-cuttingfittedwithhydraulicsystem.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletodoublemitresawingmachinesforV-cuttingwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.NOTE2MachinescoveredbythisdocumentarelistedunderA.1.4ofAnnexⅣoftheMachineryDirective.
