【摘要】:1.1Thisisamaterialspecificationcoveringhybridgeosyntheticpavingmatstypicallyusedfor,butnotlimitedto,useinjointandlocalized(spot)pavementrepairs;andpavingmatsintendedforcurb-to-curbcoveragetoprovideamoisturebarrierforthepavementstructureandretardreflectivecrackinginbituminousoverlays.Theyaretypicallynon-woveninconstruction.Thisisamaterialpurchasingspecificationanddesignreviewofuseisrecommended.1.2Thisisnotaconstructionordesignspecification.Thisspecificationisbasedonhybridgeosyntheticpavingmatsurvivabilityfrominstallationstresses.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Forpurposesofdeterminingconformancetothisspecification,valuesforlengthorareashallberoundedtothenearest0.1mor0.1m2,respectively.Valuesformassshallberoundedtothenearestgram,andforforcetothenearestNewton,andvolumetothenearest0.01L,inaccordancewiththeroundingmethodinPracticeE29.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintables)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.5SpecificsafetyrecommendationsarepresentedinSection.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
