【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversnonreinforcedconcretepipeintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofsewage,industrialwastes,stormwater,andfortheconstructionofculverts.1.2ThisspecificationisthemetriccounterpartofSpecificationC14.Note1-Thisspecificationisamanufacturingandpurchasespecificationonlyanddoesnotincluderequirementsforbedding,backfill,ortherelationshipbetweenfieldloadconditionandthestrengthclassificationofpipe.However,experiencehasshownthatthesuccessfulperformanceofthisproductdependsupontheproperselectionoftheclassofpipe,typeofbeddingandbackfill,andcarethattheinstallationconformstotheconstructionspecifications.Theowneriscautionedthathemustcorrelatethefieldrequirementswiththeclassofpipespecifiedandprovidefororrequireinspectionattheconstructionsite.
