【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosubmersiblepumpassembliesintendedforusewithdispensersinstalledatpetrolfillingstationsandusedtodispenseliquidfuelsinaccordancewithEN228andEN590intotanksofmotorvehicles,lightaircrafts,boatsandportablecontainers.Thesubmersiblepumpassembliesareintendedforuseandstorageatambienttemperaturesbetween-20~Cand+40~C.Additionalmeasurescanberequiredforuseandstorageattemperaturesoutsidethisrangeandaresubjecttonegotiationbetweenthemanufacturerandpurchaser.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforequipmentwithamaximumworkingpressurenotexceeding350kPa(3,5bar),powerconsumptionnotexceeding7KWandamaximumpowersupplyvoltageof500V.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforsubmersiblepumpassembliesofclassesIIAT3(explosiongroupIIAandtemperatureclassT3)andliBT4(explosiongroupliBandtemperatureclass1-4)usingliquidfuels.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttosubmersiblepumpassemblies,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsfordesign,installation,commissioning,useandmaintenance.NoiseisnotconsideredasignificanthazardfortheequipmentinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsformobileequipment,NOTE1ForotherfuelsthanthoseinaccordancewithEN228andEN590amanufacturershouldconsidertheneedforextrameasures(dealingwithpossibleadditionalordifferenthazards).NOTE2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludeanyrequirementsformeteringperfolrnancesuchasmaybespecifiedfortheEUundertheMeasuringInstrumentsDirectivenorthosespecifiedundertheElectromagneticCompatibilityDirective.NOTE3LiquifiedPetroleumGas(LPG)isnotaliquidinthesenseofthisdocument.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletosubmersiblepumpassembliesthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN
